This "Titanium Free" Superwhite powder is a fine powder and can be used to whiten buttercream, royal icing and chocolate. It can also be mixed with alcohol or water to make an edible paint.
Titanium dioxide (E171) is used safely in food colours, however, in the rapidly evolving food colour market Sugarflair are offering alternative E171 free products.
