Description
Glycerine is a viscose, clear, colourless liquid with a slightly sweet taste.
It is mainly used to soften icing but can also be added to cake recipes where flour is used to create a softer crumb texture and is also used prevent royal icing from setting too firm. The secure twist capped bottle contains 35ml (1 1/4 oz.) of glycerine.
